Started in Britain and developed in the USA, it reflected the consumer culture prevalent at the time buy new items often. I love this hand lotion . I have used it before, but the store I bought it from quite carrying it. It’s wonderful, in my work I wash my hands very frequently & they tend to crack. But with using this cream, they’re soft and healed. I won’t use any other kind.
