"Dirty" is lean and minimal: arpeggiated synthesizers, crisp and almost skeletal percussion, restrained vocals that let the instrumental arrangement breathe. The synth pop aesthetic here is tightened to its essenceno melodic excess, just carefully placed notes and the space between them.
