That combination makes sense since prebiotic fiber and probiotics are often paired together to help support digestive balance and regularity.

Biotin is commonly used for supporting stronger nails and healthier-looking hair, while collagen peptides and keratin are popular ingredients for skin elasticity and hair structure.
